Delivery is dependent on all your ordered items being in stock. If this is not possible we will endeavour to consolidate your items to save you on postage, and will contact you regarding holding or splitting your order).
All items will be posted within 7 days from order and payment received.
GlamourOZ Dolls aims to fill your orders as quickly as possible, however, not all products may be in stock at all times. If any of the items you requested are temporarily out of stock we will contact you to inform you of the expected delay.
Please note that delivery times are controlled by Australia Post and may take longer owing to matters beyond our control.
Postage is automatically calculated using Australia Post rates, and is according to the weight, size and destination postcode of your order. All postage charges include Signature on Delivery (SOD), and SMS Tracking notification, where available.
We will replace or exchange items provided:
- there is a valid factory fault
- you are the original purchaser (no secondary market purchase will be acknowledged or processed)
- you have the relevant receipt
- you return the item within 14 days or advise us of the problem within the 14 day time frame.
Refunds will only be made on factory faulty goods when we cannot immediately replace them with an equivalent copy of the same item. We will require a return of the item before we can make replacements/exchanges. All inbound and outbound shipping costs for replacements are the responsibility of the customer.
Please make your selection carefully as we cannot accept the return of an item if you have simply changed your mind.
